A WOMAN in her 20s has been found dead near a children's playground as cops arrest two men.
Emergency services were called to Gorton Street, in Ashton-under-Lyne, Blackpool, at around 9.30am yesterday.
The woman's death is being treated as "unexpected" but "not suspicious".
Lancashire Constabulary have now arrested two men, both in their 60s, on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.
A police spokesperson said: "Emergency services were called to Gorton Street, Blackpool at about 9.30am today (Thursday, August 15) following reports of a sudden death.
"Officers attended and sadly found the body of a women in her 20s."The death is being treated as unexpected and is under investigation but is not deemed to be suspicious at this time.
"Two men both in their 60s have been arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug. Enquiries are continuing."
