British PM Starmer celebrates England's Euro 2024 semifinal victory ahead of meeting with Biden

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer took a few minutes away from his high-stakes meetings at the NATO summit in Washington to celebrate England’s national team victory against the Netherlands in the Euro 2024 semifinal.

Starmer posted a video on X of him watching some of Wednesday’s match with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof in between NATO meetings.

In another tweet, Starmer said: “What a game @England and what a winner. Berlin here we come!”

England won the match 2-1 and advances to the final against Spain in Germany on Sunday.

Starmer will meet with Biden at the White House later Wednesday.
