Actress and former nurse, Abi Titmuss was seen out for the first time in two years in Monday, after her TV host ex John Leslie was found not guilty of sexual assault.
Sitting on some steps in a pink top and loose fitting jeans in LA, where she has lived since 2015, the Newark-on-Trent native, 44, looked happy and fresh-faced.
Abi, who now goes by the name of Abigail Evelyn, declined to comment to DailyMail.com on the court drama involving her ex back home.
But a source said: 'Abigail is very very happy right now. She's married with a child and her acting career is going amazingly well and she's loving life in Los Angeles.
'She doesn't want to talk about John Leslie. All that drama, that old life, is behind her, she wants to keep it in her rear view mirror.'

Abi is now married to her American musician husband of three years, Ari Welkom, also 44 - she married him in 2017 and they have a son, three.

She later told the Daily Star: 'I was devastated by the violation. It affected me very badly. I guess there was something accessible about me.'
After going their separate ways around 2004, Abi then went on to work as a roving reporter for Richard and Judy, before appearing in a selection of reality shows - including Hell's Kitchen, Celebrity Love Island and Come Dine With Me.

They met after Abi landed the role of Nurse Jackie in long running soap opera Days Of Our Lives - Ari plays Aldo in the show.

She has also appeared in the film Girls After Dark, where she played the character of Loretta Berman.
Following their exchange of vows, Abi confessed to Hello! magazine that she was aware of the baby's presence during their big day.
She told the publication: 'I was aware throughout our wedding day that there were three, not two, of us experiencing it together.
'The baby is able to hear now and it was lovely to think he or she could have been listening to us making our vows.
'When the harpist started to play, I could feel him or her moving around.'
