UFC legend Anderson Silva has called on Dana White to arrange a super fight with Conor McGregor.
The former middleweight champion, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time, sent a video to his former rival Chael Sonnen to express his desire to fight McGregor.
Silva has suggested that he and McGregor fight at a catchweight of 80kg, which is just three kilograms heavier than when the Irishman busted the nose of Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone in 40 seconds in January.

Silva, now 45, told Sonnen on his YouTube channel that he is currently in training and cutting his weight in preparation to fight McGregor.
‘Hey what’s up Chael? How are you buddy? So I talked about my super fight with Conor, and I start to cut my weight,’ Silva said.
‘And for no excuse and for everybody talking about, “Oh but Anderson don’t take the weight and blah blah blah.”
‘Ok, I start training and I’m ready for that. Conor ready too. And it’s a one thing, just Dana White, I need to make this fight real. Let’s go see.’

The Brazilian future Hall of Fame fighter is the oldest combatant in the organisation and has won just one of his last seven fights and made his last appearance in the octagon against Jared Cannonier just over year ago.
During that fight, Silva suffered damage to his leg in a TKO defeat that has since seen him undergo surgery.
Should Silva get to chance to face McGregor in the octagon, it would prove to be a remarkable fight.
Silva holds the record for the longest title reign in UFC history at 2,457 days whilst McGregor became the first fighter in history to hold title belts in two separate weight divisions simultaneously.
Sonnen believes that the fight will only materialise should the fans force Dana White's hand.
If enough fans pressure the UFC president to arrange the fight, Silva will be granted the opportunity to take on McGregor.
Otherwise, he regards the super fight as nothing but a fantasy.
