Trump Jr. Unloads On Manhattan Trial Following Verdict: ‘3rd World Banana Republic’

Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of former President Donald Trump, slammed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s trial against his father on Thursday after a jury returned a highly controversial guilty verdict.

The decision is the culmination of a weeks-long courtroom battle in which Trump said that he was the target of a “political persecution” — a point that was seemingly validated when President Joe Biden sent his campaign to hold a political event outside the courthouse this week as he runs another campaign for a second term in the White House. The former president was found guilty on all 34 charges brought in the hush-money trial.

“Such bulls***. Guilty on all counts,” Trump Jr. responded in a post on X. “The Democrats have succeeded in their years long attempt to turn America into a third-world s**thole. November 5 is our last chance to save it.”

“Sentencing is 4 days before the GOP Convention…They’re not even trying to hide the ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!!” he continued. “This case was rigged from the start. Remember, the same hacks in the media demanding Justice Alito recuse himself because of a flag, have zero problem with the corrupt judge in this case being a donor to Joe Biden or his daughter making millions from Democrats!”

Trump Jr. said that Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over the trial, was never an impartial judge because of his history as a “full blown Democrat activist and Biden donor.”

“This is what a 3rd world Banana Republic looks like,” he added.

Trump Jr. also posted a link to where voters can donate to his father’s campaign. Traffic to the site was so heavy following the verdict that the website repeatedly crashed due to the number of people giving.

Eric Trump, the former president’s second oldest son, added: “May 30th, 2024 might be remembered as the day Donald J. Trump won the 2024 Presidential Election.”
