PARTY girl Carrie Royale boasted last night that she has flogged a pair of Prince Harry’s pants for nearly £200,000.
The black boxers are believed to have been worn by the royal at a riotous Las Vegas party where he stripped naked.
They were snapped up at auction for $250,000 by San Diego strip club boss Dino Palmiotto.
Ex-dominatrix Carrie said she has never-before-seen pictures of Harry from the night in Sin City in 2012, adding: “What I can reveal will shock the public.”
She spoke out as Chancellor Jeremy Hunt yesterday swelled pay packets with a two pence cut in National Insurance plus a freeze on fuel and booze duty.
Dino Palmiotto says the Duke of Sussex’s kecks are a piece of history from his playboy days — and will be a hit with tourists.
Dino said: “I estimate there are around a million Brits, or people with British ancestry, here in California and they would love to see them.
"Harry is always welcome at the club, too, and so is Meghan.”
Ex-dominatrix Carrie, 52, claims flirty Harry wore the black undies when she kissed him at a Las Vegas party in 2012.
She says Harry, then 27, whipped them off as he danced with strippers and played air guitar with a pool cue in the buff.
The undies were sold at auction to Dino whose San Diego strip club is 200 miles down the coast from the Sussexes’ Montecito home.
Carrie told The Sun: “I sold Harry’s pants for $250,000 (£196,000).
“In San Diego there is a strip club, Exposé, and the owner bought them. He is still trying to build a shrine to Harry as far as I know.”
Dino previously told The Sun he was bidding on the boxers because he’s a huge fan of the royal.
He said: “I want those underpants for my club. A shrine at my club is the perfect home for them.
“They’ll always be part of Prince Harry’s story, they are a piece of history. The guy is a hero and an icon and so is his wife.
“I know they get a lot of criticism but I am a fan.

“I don’t see this as disrespectful. It’s a reminder of a time when he was the ‘Fun-loving party prince’ and there’s nothing wrong with that.
“There’s also nothing wrong with the way he’s more serious-minded these days, too. People evolve and mature. It’s just life.
“But who doesn’t want a reminder of when they were younger and all about having fun?”
Carrie previously loaned the underwear to the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas.
And in 2015 she vowed to strip at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club using the royal pants as a prop.
In yesterday’s Sun she told how she had never- before-seen naked photos of Harry from the 2012 party at the Wynn — and vowed to put the images on her OnlyFans subscription site, believing they would make her £2million.
But in a blow to her plans, the website yesterday revealed it had banned her.
Her profile, which featured a royal crest in a nod to Harry, has been taken offline.
A spokesperson for OnlyFans said: “The creator’s account has been deactivated and they have been banned from the platform for threatening to share non-consensual intimate images.”
Despite this, Carrie still intends to tell all from the riotous party.
She, along with strippers and other women, were invited to a suite with Harry and his pals where she says he got naked during a game of strip billiards.
In yesterday’s exclusive chat with The Sun she said: “These pictures have never been seen by the public.
Harry is always welcome at the club, too, and so is Meghan
"I have poolside pictures of before the night and I have shots of Harry in the buff.
“The world will be surprised about what has not been uncovered yet. People will be shocked by the images I have from that evening.”
Carrie, who now runs a film production firm, has vowed to share details of the night after Harry “whitewashed” her from his bombshell memoir Spare.
She added: “In Spare he missed a lot of things from that night.
“Harry was so crazy, fun-loving and spontaneous.
“You grow up but with that said, you don’t lose your character as well. Don’t lose your sense of humour and he completely has.”
Photographs of Harry stark naked with a scantily-clad woman hugging him from behind were published in The Sun in 2012 after they were widely shared online.
Harry previously said his shame over those photos made it hard for him to “draw a clean breath”.
He has spoken about the party to US podcaster Dax Shepard who told him: “I’m really excited to meet you because, in full disclosure, I’m the most ill-informed person on the Royal Family, at least in my circle.
“You’re the only one I ever knew and simply because you were in those awesome nude photos in Vegas. And I literally said to myself, ‘This guy’s a party’.”
Harry replied: “I’m sure, you’re constantly looking for other people to go, sort of balance out your own behaviour, right?”
Dax added: “I was like, ‘God! This m**r’s got a good body!’ You are in tremendous shape.”
Ex-Apache helicopter pilot Harry replied: “That was a few weeks before I went to Afghanistan.”
