Boom with a view! Adrenaline junkies climb to the top of a 558ft crane in east London to watch the sunrise in stomach-churning footage
This is the moment a pair of daredevils scaled a large tower crane on an east London construction site to watch the sunrise.
The pair, who have not been identified, ascended the 558ft crane without a safety harness and captured the stunning footage with a drone.
The incident is believed to have taken place in November in Stratford, with the Canary Wharf skyline captured in the background.

The pair climbed up the massive crane in the early hours of the morning last November so they could witness the sun rising across the east of the city
The pair were filmed on a drone which was flown above the crane by a third person who was not filmed on camera
One of the thrillseekers can be seen perching just inches from the crane edge while scrolling on his phone, as the other looks ahead at the stunning pink and yellow skyline.
They then perch themselves on the edge of the crane – beyond the red anti-collision light – to sit and film the sun rising over the capital.
The construction site appears to be near the Olympic Stadium in Stratford and just outside the restricted airspace surrounding London City Airport. One of the anonymous climbers said: 'It was definitely worth it. The sunrise was by far one of my best with all the different colours.'
A drone shows a mix of yellow and pink sky before zooming towards the two men, who then wave and point to the camera.

One of the climbers said getting access to the construction site and climbing the crane was 'not a problem'

The pair remained on the crane – believed to be the highest point in Stratford – for half an hour before climbing down.
The anonymous climber added: 'Getting in was not an issue.
'It was a very nice and calm climb with just amazing views and colours.
'The climb down was easy too and we got out of the site with no problems.'
However, drone users are normally required to keep their aircraft below 400ft unless they receive prior permission from air traffic control.
There are also restrictions about flying in built up areas depending on the weight of the drone and the licences held by the pilot.
Pilots also require the permission of the landowner if flying over private property.
The video, which was filmed in November last year, was uploaded to Instagram with many social media users in awe of the view.
One impressed user commented: 'So sick.'
A second Instagram user wrote: 'Wowwww. Madness.'
A third joked to the pair: 'You guys don't really like the ground huh.'
Others were left nearly speechless, leaving a single word as commentary.
One fan wrote: 'Epic', while another added: 'Beautiful.'

The same month the two adrenaline junkies also ran up a 274ft skyscraper overlooking West Ham stadium.
Chilling drone footage shows the pair racing each another up the Stratford One building's slanted roof in east London, again without any ropes or safety equipment.
The pair run along the inclining roof before reaching the top of the skyscraper and looking down to the road below.
The duo, who planned the dangerous project over two days, said they decided on Stratford One, which is used as student accommodation, after admiring its unique architecture as they scouted the area last month.
During the clip, filmed on on November 15, the pair run along a narrow section of the inclining roof before jumping over a metal bar and turning around a corner to reach the final stretch.
As the pair dash to the top of the building – which was shortlisted as one of the UK's ugliest buildings in 2014 – dramatic views of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park can be seen in the background.
The duo then place their feet at the edge of the building and look out towards the city skyline.
One of the climbers said: 'The side of the building where we ran up was slippery but once we got to the final stretch it was fine, nothing too shady.'
