A steam train derailed and plunged from a cliff in action-packed scenes filmed for the latest instalment of the Mission Impossible franchise in Derbyshire on Friday.
Production on Mission Impossible 7 began again at the end of last month, after being paused and delayed multiple times due to the Covid pandemic.
And the scenes are looking to be highly dramatic if pictures from Friday's filming set are anything to go by - with a photographer on set telling The Derbyshire Times that Tom Cruise flew over the site via his helicopter.

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise, 59, who plays Ethan Hunt in the famous franchise, was reportedly on set as the train went over the edge of the former Darlton Quarry.
A Peak District photographer, who captured the remarkable moment said: '[Tom's] helicopter was all black to match his outfit,' the photographer added.
The actor was later pictured dressed in all-black leaving the helicopter after it had landed, heading into a car.

Last month, Tom appeared in good spirits outside the Hilton Doubletree hotel after being greeted by 200 fans as he arrived to resume filming for Mission: Impossible 7.
A source told MailOnline that the actor happily met with fans who had been waiting outside the hotel for more than an hour.

'He was really kind, fist bumping children and the like,’ a source said. ‘When he came out he was keen to interact with everyone, he spent a considerable amount of time and was not in a rush at all.’
The source added that Tom's team handed out masks to the crowd and advised them to keep their distance from the actor, before a BMW whisked him away from the set.
Tom has spent much of the last year in the UK filming for the acclaimed franchise and has been pictured filming action-packed scenes in the Yorkshire Moors in recent months.
During his downtime, the screen star has also been pictured at several big events including Wimbledon and the Silverstone Grand Prix.

Despite there being 'no proof' to back up the idle talk, it was claimed that people were gossiping it could be Tom, due to his alleged absence on set.
It is not known whether Tom has received the Covid vaccine or not, although despite being proven to dramatically cut the risk of coronavirus, none of the jabs approved in Britain are 100 per cent effective.
Mission: Impossible 7 is set to be released on May 27th, 2022.
