Police are investigating the deliberate killing of a runaway bull by a driver who rammed his car into the animal as it sprinted down the street.
The graphic moment the half-tonne bull was felled was filmed moments after it charged through the central Spanish town of Brihuega and injured two people.
A woman could be overheard screaming as the car sped up and smashed into the bull from behind after beeping its horn.
The runaway animal is said to have escaped from the bullring via a door that hadn't been closed properly during a competition which involved participants taking turns to jump and manoeuvre around a bull or heifer as it charged them.

The ramming came moments after the bull charged through the central Spanish town of Brihuega and injured two people on Saturday nightAnimal rights political party Pacma condemned the killing in a statement, saying: 'We are already preparing an official complaint and we will fight to make sure those responsible pay for what they did.
'Is this what bullfighting is? Why doesn't the government ban it once and for all?'
Police are understood to have identified the driver who rammed the bull on Saturday night.
The bull had escaped from the bullring via a door that hadn't been closed properly during a competition at an annual festival in A spokesperson for Brihuega Town Hall, calling the incident an accident, said: 'We understand and share the sadness and shock over the accident which occurred in our town.
'The images that have been published on social media show only seconds of what happened and the articles that have appeared in some papers do not reflect the reality of the occurrence.
'We would like to the thank locals, the Civil Guard, Civil Protection, the Red Cross and all those people who acted responsibly to make sure what happened on Saturday did not end up being a greater tragedy.'

Organisers of the annual festival involving bulls in Brihuega, just over an hour's drive north-east of Madrid in the province of Guadalajara, described the car-ramming as an 'unfortunate incident.'
A spokesman said: 'Peoples' lives always come before those of an animal. We would like to thank those who intervened for their rapid reaction and wish the injured a speedy recovery.'
The two people who were gored during the bull's escape, men aged 63 and 74, were said to be recovering on Tuesday.
One was released from hospital on Monday while the other was recovering after surgery.
Two investigations are ongoing - one to determine how the bull escaped and the other to decide whether the animal was mistreated when it was hit from behind.
