The jaw-dropping video, filmed on Monday, shows the men trading blows with a group in Chatham, Kent.
One of the orange-vested men is knocked-out cold after being hit with a left hook, sending tumbling to the ground. Then, in an utterly bizarre moment, the other binman is seen to strip off his jacket, revealing his bare chest.
Wearing just his high-vis trousers and boots, the man walks past his knocked-out colleague and begins to confront the group.
The row then begins to simmer down as the man picks up his jacket and begins to walk away, while the other picks himself up off the floor.

The pair reportedly finished work that day before their rampage down the high street and began fighting with a member of the public who knocked one out with a single punch (right)
Moments before, the orange-vested men are seen to grab chairs from outside a pub before giving chase.
It appears a member of staff from the pub runs down the street trying to retrieve them.
The company they worked for has now identified and dismissed them both, saying they are 'absolutely appalled' at their behaviour in the busy High Street.
But one of the pair gets into an altercation with a man and woman and during that scuffle he is knocked clean out, lying prostrate on the floor.
One woman watching shouts 'Jim! Get away!' as the fight progresses.
Rather than helping, witnesses to the unfolding scene go up to the unconscious man and take his picture as he lies completely still on the pavement.
As his friend walks back he pulls off his top, revealing his beer belly, as one witness says: 'Don't be coming at me mate.'
Alicia Martin filmed the shocking scenes in Chatham, Kent, at just after 5pm on Monday.
Before the violence broke out, the binmen were filmed removing chairs from outside a pub
Duo have since been sacked from their job as binmen for Medway Norse owned by the council
Alicia, who had been walking through the town centre when the fight started, said it had been a frightening experience.
She said: 'I was walking down the High Street. They were bin men in their uniforms and the next thing they were taking chairs from outside Wetherspoons and trying to throw them at people.
'Everyone started running up the road, they grabbed chairs and were trying to throw them at everyone - even at me and the boy I was with.
'I was saying get away. It got to the middle of the High Street, and one of them got knocked out.
'Straight afterwards the man got off the floor and started saying that he would have anyone. He kicked the metal barrier outside a shop.
'It was strange. I thought you don't normally go this mental in your uniform.
'I don't know why it started - everyone just started fighting. It was worrying - there were girls with prams and he's throwing chairs about.
'I think it's getting worse [in Chatham] to be honest - there's always stuff going on like this.'
The street cleaning contractor said it was 'appalled' by the incident which was shared online
The men's employer is Medway Norse, which is owned by Medway Council and runs bin collections and street cleansing services in Medway.
They were wearing the company's distinctive orange uniform while fighting.
Operations director, Andy Mann, said the behaviour apparently centred around a 'family dispute.'
He said: 'We are absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the individuals involved in this incident and, while this took place outside of the working day, behaviour of this kind – particularly while representing Norse by wearing our uniform – will not be tolerated.
'We have taken immediate action and the individuals have today been dismissed from any role they held with us.
'One was fulfilling their six-month probation period, and the second was fulfilling a temporary agency role, so was not a direct employee of Norse.
'As we are also supporting the police investigation into the matter, it is inappropriate to comment further other than to say that, at this point in time, we understand that this incident centred around a family dispute.'
Kent Police confirmed they were called at 5.11pm on Monday to a report of a disturbance in Chatham High Street.
A spokesman for the force said officers attended but the offenders had already left the area and no suspects were identified.
