- Police officers were scrambled to the property in Peckham in the early hours A second teenager has been charged over the shooting of Black Lives Matter activist Sasha Johnson, who remains in a critical condition in hospital three weeks later.
Ms Johnson, a mother-of-two, dubbed the 'Black Panther of Oxford', was shot in the head at a 30th birthday party in Peckham, south London.
Police investigating the shooting charged Devonte Brown, 18, of Southwark, with conspiracy to murder.He was charged on Friday evening and was due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday, in connection with the incident on May 23.
On May 26, five males were arrested in connection with the incident, and four were released on bail until a date in late June.
Cameron Deriggs, 18, from Lewisham was the first to be charged in connection with the incident with conspiracy to murder. He is in custody and will appear at the old Bailey on June 25.

Earlier this week Ms Johnson's mother Ellet Dalling, appealed for more witnesses, saying: 'What has happened to Sasha has left us devastated.
'She is currently fighting for her life in hospital with two children asking where their mummy is, what do I tell them? Someone must have information to what happened and to come forward.
'Sasha is passionate about standing up for others, please come forward and stand up for Sasha.
'Come forward to help us, I know it is not always easy but imagine if it was your daughter or the mother of your children. I believe there are people out there that can help.'

Prosecutor Carol Udenze said: 'This offence happened on May 23 at an address where a lady was shot in the head and another person was shot in the foot - this was at a house party.
'The crown's case is that the defendant in agreement with others conspired to murder somebody at that address.'
Remanding Deriggs in custody, District Judge Michael Snow said: 'This case is sent to the criminal cour'You will be there on June 25, probably by live link, where the judge will want confirmation of your plea and give directions for the smooth running of your case.'
Several members of Deriggs's family, including his parents, were present in the public gallery.
Ms Johnson, 27, had been among 30 guests at a silent disco in the back garden of a home in Consort Road when four men in dark clothing burst in through a side gate and shots were fired, investigators said.
Detective Chief Inspector Richard Leonard, of the Metropolitan Police, said Ms Johnson was shot in the 'ensuing melee' before the suspects fled.
A second person injured only suffered a superficial wound, police said.

Ms Johnson, a mother-of-two, is a prominent member of the Black Lives Matter movement and a founding member of the Taking the Initiative party which launched last year.
She graduated with a first in social care from Ruskin College in Oxford, and was well known for her activism in her community.
A vigil was also held by supporters in Ruskin Park in Denmark Hill - close to the hospital where she is being treated - to pray for her to pull through.

Ms Johnson played a leading role in the summer BLM protests, including the Million People March, and rose to notoriety shortly before when videos showed her confronting a black man she was arguing with and repeatedly calling him the racial slur 'c**n'.
The 27-year-old is now an executive committee member of the new BLM-inspired Taking the Initiative Party, in charge of activism.
She is also a UK representative of the Black Panthers Party - modelled on a far-Left sub-set of protesters who campaigned against police brutality in 1960s America.
Ms Johnson, a Ruskin College graduate who studied in Oxford, has campaigned for statues to be removed and is part of the secretive group Forever Family Force.
Footage on Instagram shows her parading with female FFF members in military-style garb during a march in Brixton earlier this year for African Emancipation Day.
Ms Johnson, a youth worker and cafe owner, has called for the establishment of a 'black militia' in the UK. In a video posted in July, she compared the police to the Ku Klux Klan and dismissed ethnic minority politicians David Lammy, Priti Patel and Sadiq Khan as 'tokenistic'.
The mother of two also led chants of 'f*** the police' and 'one solution, revolution' in a fresh campaign to remove the statue of Cecil Rhodes from Oxford University.
