Woman begs for help as she shares photo of wrinkled feet from 16 HOUR long bath – & everyone’s asking the same question
A WOMAN was left begging social media for help, as she revealed her feet had turned grey and incredibly wrinkled, after accidentally lying in the bath for 16 hours.
Not surprisingly, people were left shocked over the state of her feet, but the gross snap had everyone asking the same question.
TikTok user @msdanalee shared a video online, that has now been watched over 300k times, asking for advice, after her incredibly long bath left her feet all shrivelled up.
"What an accidental 16hr bath looks like omg," she said and asked: "How do I revert my feet fast plz? (sic)"
Filming her feet to show off just how wrinkly they were, the woman claimed that they had even turned "grey" in colour.
Hundreds of people have since commented on her post and were left more concerned on why she had been in the bath for 16 hours in the first place.
Wanting to know why she was in there that long, one person commented: "Wait, but how was [it] an accident?"
Another quizzed: "How did you not drown?"
A third wrote: "What the water gets cold after like 30-40 mins what was you still doing in there?"
"How do you accidentally take a 16 hour bath? My water gets freezing after 30 minutes," agreed another.
While the woman didn't reveal why she ended up in the bath for so long, others presumed it was because she had fallen asleep.
"This is what happens when u sleep in the bubble bath (sic)," said one person.
That only prompted another confused viewer to comment: "16 hr? I'd understand if you fell asleep, but you sleep more than 9 hours?"
Others were left concerned that the woman may now have trench foot - a serious condition that can develop from your feet being wet for too long.
It can cause your feet to lose circulation and nerve function and can lead to more severe complications if left untreated like blisters, gangrene, ulcers and permanent nerve damage, according to Healthline.
It can be treated by resting and elevating the foot, taking pain relief to help tackle any pain or swelling and cleaning and drying the feet thoroughly.
Heat packs can also be used on the feet for up to five minutes at at time.Meanwhile, check out this stomach-churning moment beautician tackles MOUNTAIN of dry skin on client’s feet – and people are likening it to ‘parmesan cheese’.
