But never to be outdone when it comes to being the action hero, Tom Cruise was pictured running across a steam train while filming for Mission: Impossible 7 in North Yorkshire on Wednesday.
The actor, 58, looked impossibly dapper in a navy suit and tie, which he wore with a crisp white shirt while filming the no doubt death-defying scene on the moving train.

As the train sped along the track, a moving camera vehicle could be seen driving alongside - just metres away from Tom - as they shot the moment up close.Tom looked typically clean cut for the scene, as he sported a freshly-shaved face and a neat hair cut.
The backdrop for the shoot was the rolling Yorkshire Moors, where the film has been based for the last week, despite claims the spy franchise had already completed filming.

Despite the apparent frosty nature of their stroll to set, Hayley was seen giving Tom a run for his money as she practised stunts on a diesel train before going on to perform them while being shot by a camera crew.
The actress was in a safety harness as she prepared for her latest scenes, which saw her try and move from one carriage to another on the outside of the train.
While she was safely strapped into place during rehearsals, Hayley was seen holding onto the carriage door and gangway at the end of the coach for leverage.
Hayley made sure to adhere to strict Covid-19 protocols on set while she rehearsed, keeping her mask on at all times while the cameras were not rolling.

Tom was friendly as he spoke to the fans, telling them the location was a 'lovely place' and joking around about how cold it was while filming.

The outing is the first for the duo since it was claimed that filming brought them 'even closer', as they are said to have become 'fairly inseparable' after they 'hit it off from day one'.
The new 'couple' were spotted standing on scaffolding beside a train, which they appeared using to be shooting a scene together.
Tom hasn't had a high-profile romance since his divorce from ex-wife Katie Holmes, whom he split from in 2012 and shares daughter Suri, 15.

A source told The Sun back in December: 'Tom and Hayley hit it off from day one.
'Lockdown, and all the difficulties that came with it, brought them even closer and they've become fairly inseparable.
