Harris To Go ‘One-On-One’ With Bill Clinton On Empowering Women; Attend Event With Ties To Anti-Semite
Politico reporter Christopher Cadelago, who specifically covers the vice president, wrote on Twitter: “Kamala Harris will go one-on-one with Bill Clinton on Friday to talk about the impact of COVID-19 on women, and empowering women and girls in the U.S. and around the world as part of a Clinton Global Initiative event.”Cadelago included a link to the event, however, Harris’s name did not appear in the schedule lineup. It’s not clear whether Harris’s name was removed following backlash online or if her name was left off.
Harris is also scheduled to speak at this week’s Black Women’s Roundtable, which has ties to Tamika Mallory, the far-left activist who had to step down from The Women’s March amid widespread allegations of anti-Semitism.
“Mallory is a member of the Black Women’s Roundtable, which is part of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation led by her friend Melanie Campbell,” Fox News reported. “Campbell defended Mallory when she faced accusations of anti-Semitism before stepping down from The Women’s March, sharing a petition in support of Mallory.”
Online, most of the criticism that Harris faced came over her alleged speaking slot with Clinton with many people pointing out Clinton’s long history of allegedly abusing women and his ties to notorious child sex trafficker Jeffery Epstein.
Reporter Mary Margaret Olohan tweeted: “Here’s Chauntae Davies, who has accused Epstein of raping her multiple times, massaging Bill Clinton after a flight on Epstein’s Lolita Express.”
Even left-wing activists criticized Harris, including CNN host S.E. Cupp, who wrote: “‘Bill Clinton’ + ‘impact on women’ = NO. Please stop doing this.” Krystal Ball added, “Noted champion of women and girls Bill Clinton.”
Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker noted Harris’ prior remarks where she said that she believed women who accused men of sexual misconduct. “Yet she’s going to sit down with @BillClinton ?!?” Walker wrote.
“Clinton has been accused of sexually harassing Paula Jones, of raping Juanita Broaddrick, of sexually assaulting Kathleen Willey, and of repeatedly sexually assaulting Leslie Millwee,” The Daily Caller reported. “Clinton notoriously had an affair with a subordinate, Monica Lewinsky, while he was president of the and she was a 22-year-old White House intern. Clinton was 27 years older than Lewinsky at the time.”
Investigative journalist Conchita Sarnoff said in 2019 that there were “underage girls” Epstein’s private jet when former President Bill Clinton traveled on it — at times without his Secret Service detail. Sarnoff said, “Almost every time that Clinton’s name is on the pilot logs there are underage girls there are initials and there are names of many many girls on that private plane.”
