Trump Pushes Back On Fringe Calls To Sit Out Election: Everything We’ve Achieved Is On The Line

President Donald Trump pushed back on appeals from fringe individuals who have called on Republicans to sit out next month’s Senate runoff elections, saying that everything that Republicans have achieved under his administration is on the line, and conservatives must show up to protect what he’s built.“We built the greatest military in the world, and the better it is, the less likely it is that we’re gonna have to use it,” Trump said. “But everything we’ve achieved together is on the line on” January 5th.“If you don’t vote, the socialists and the communists win; they win,” Trump added. “Georgia patriots must show up and vote for these two incredible people, and I’m telling you, they are two of the finest people you’ll ever meet.”

Trump’s rally was for Republican Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, both of whom have runoff elections next month in the state, which will determine who will control the U.S. Senate for the next two years.

One of the individuals making calls to sit out the elections, who has done so while claiming to be a Trump supporter, has a recent and long history of supporting Democrat candidates, including one of the opponents of Perdue. The individual claimed with absolutely zero evidence on Saturday that top elected officials in Georgia were going to jail because they were complicit in a foreign interference campaign in last month’s U.S. elections.WATCH:

Trump encouraged Republicans, conservatives, and his supporters in the state to register to vote in the January runoff elections before Monday’s deadline.

“Register to vote before Monday 12/7,” Trump tweeted. “Register now on Georgia.gov, then request your absentee ballot before 12/31 – do it TODAY, and return your ballot the same day you get it. If you aren’t planning to vote by mail, vote early in person, or vote on Election Day!”

The president’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., warned voters in Georgia from the fringe activists who were trying to suppress the Republican vote.

“I’m seeing a lot of talk from people that are supposed to be on our side telling GOP voters not to go out & vote for @KLoeffler and @PerdueSenate,” Trump Jr. wrote on Twitter. “That is NONSENSE. IGNORE those people. We need ALL of our people coming out to vote for Kelly and David.”

Trump also warned about what will happen if Democrats win those two seats, saying, “if they get power, they will immediately abolish the Senate filibuster — allowing them to pass any bill they want and giving them free reign to ram through the most extreme left-wing agenda ever conceived while at the same time destroying our military through a lack of funding.”

“If these people get control, their draconian military cuts will devastate Fort Benning, Fort Gordon, and the military families all across Georgia, and we would also like to save the names of the forts, if you don’t mind, everybody,” Trump continued. “They will impose total open borders so that people can pour into our country, and they will give them free health care, free welfare, and the right to vote in your elections. You won’t ever win another election as a Republican.”

“They’ll confiscate privately owned firearms,” Trump continued. “They will totally cut up a thing called your Second Amendment rights.”

“They’ll make Washington, D.C., a state and many other places — guaranteeing 2, 4, or 6 additional left-wing Senators,” Trump added. “And they’ll be voting against Georgia every time, completely canceling out your voice in Washington forever.”

“They want to destroy the sanctity of the Supreme Court, the importance of the Supreme Court, the majesty of the Supreme Court,” Trump said. “They’ll terminate religious liberty, cancel free speech, and force you to fund extreme late-term abortion, and there will be nothing to stop them.”

Biden has already admitted that if all the pieces are in place, he would go down as one of the most “progressive,” meaning far-left, presidents in U.S. history. Biden said, “If I’m able to pass what I’m talking about, my administration would go down in history as one of the most progressive administrations in American history.”
