The satirical video features clips of politicians speaking at recent Downing Street Covid-19 briefings - which have been spliced together to the tune of Do They Know It's Christmas.
The spoof of Band Aid's 1984 Christmas hit, titled 'Do They Know It's Covid Time?', was shared today with the caption: 'With infection rates surging and experts warning of a third wave, this is Boris and the Superspreaders with #DoTheyKnowItsCovidTime'.
Created by social media publisher JOE, the video rounds up the Government's response to the crisis, mocking ministers over the 'Christmas bubble' rules and the £12million NHS contact-tracing app.

The parody begins with the Prime Minister edited to say: 'It's Christmastime, with households mixing everywhere.'
Health Secretary Matt Hancock is next to appear in the footage, adding: 'And at Christmastime, infections spike and we don't care.'
Michael Gove and Dominic Raab also appear - as the clip continues to mock the Government's decision to allow up to three households to form a 'Christmas bubble' between December 23 and 27.
Scientists fear a temporary easing of restrictions could cause a spike in coronavirus infections in the new year, with many parts of England already under the toughest Tier 3 rules.
'And in our five day window,' the clip continues. 'You can spread your viral load.'
'So throw your arms around your nan at Christmastime.'

Chancellor Rishi Sunak then appears to say 'at Christmastime, it's hard when you've lost all your income' in a nod to the thousands of Britons who have lost their jobs since the start of the pandemic.
The spoof continues with clips of Home Secretary Priti Patel spliced together to say: 'There's a world outside Westminster, a world of bitterness and fear.'
It goes on to describe Britain as a place where 'all the pubs are closing because they're stuck in higher tiers,' before adding: 'And there'll be less aid to Africa this Christmastime because we've given all your cash to all our friends.
'In Governmental perks, like the app that didn't work.'
The video, which concludes 'Do they know it's Covid time at all?', has been shared more than 24,000 times since it was posted to Facebook today.

Thousands of viewers have taken to the comments to applaud the 'hilarious' spoof.
One user said: 'Hilarious. Absolutely terrific. Watched it three times. Very clever. I love them. '
Another added: 'Well done for putting this song together, sums up the government pretty well.'
'This song was amazing to listen too and very well put together and very funny, this sums up the government,' said a third.
Some fans even insisted the track be released as a single so it could have a chance at Christmas number one.
One user said: 'Please release this so we can have it as Christmas Number 1.'
'This should be released - lets make it the Christmas Number 1,' agreed another.
It comes after JOE shared a spoof version of Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin' Stevens last December, featuring Mr Johnson speaking about his plans for Brexit.
The parody, titled 'Tory Christmas Everyone', was viewed a total of 435,907 times.
