This is the touching message from a Mexican nurse about to be put on a ventilator to battle COVID-19 just hours before his death the following day.
Nurse Sergio Humberto Padilla Hernandez, 28, from the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, filmed a touching message for his loved ones before being put on a ventilator on 5 November.
In the footage, the COVID-19 patient says: 'I want that, no matter what happens, and the prognosis that God has reserved for me, you always remember me for who I was and who I am.
'Because I will come back, this is not a goodbye. I am sure I will come back after a few days.'

He adds: 'I will see you again, my friends, my family. I love you.'
According to local newspaper Milenio, the video was filmed on 5 November, one day before he died of COVID-19.
He worked as member of a four-person nurse team at the municipal hospital.
Chihuahua is one of Mexico's hardest-hit states amid the pandemic.

State hospitals have been so overrun with virus cases that they have stopped admitting other patients, according to Milenio.
