'Enquiries are on-going to identify the offenders.'
The victim is first seen on the ground next to another man who is sitting on a brick wall.
They appear to be woken up by the passers-by who then seem to carry out and film the assault. As the pair run away laughing, their victim can be heard calling out from the canal waters

The empty is thrown and the next image shows the victim in the water.
