He had been living with her in America during the pandemic, and they returned to the UK last month newly-betrothed.
This was the pair's first appearance since releasing snaps online following their engagement announcement.
They were spotted putting on an affectionate display on their Italian jaunt. Puglia is apparently on their list of potential wedding venues, according to reports.
It was recently reported that Posh Spice had taken the couple around a romantic Italian palazzo in the area and was reportedly overheard telling the bride-to be: 'It's your day, we want to make it special… so whatever you want.'
Romeo, Cruz and Harper also took the tour of the carefully landscaped grounds at the £135 million resort, which is modelled on a traditional Italian village.
The luxury hideaway is where Madonna spends her summers, famously celebrating her 59th birthday there in 2017, and it was also the venue for the wedding of Justin Timberlake and Hollywood actress Jessica Biel in 2012.
Weddings at the five-star resort can hold up to 400 guests and cost up to £3 million.
Betrothed: This was the pair's first appearance since releasing snaps online following their engagement announcementAnd Brooklyn and Nicola continued to take advantage of the local landscapes as they soaked up the sun during the summer getaway.
The couple kept it low-key as they walked arm in arm for a day trip out and about.
Brooklyn cut a casual figure in a white printed T-shirt, black shorts and trainers whilst Nicola opted for an equally dressed down look with a long-sleeved grey top, black cotton trousers and flip flops.
Nicola nailed summer chic in a floral halter-neck mini dress with Brooklyn sticking to a simple ensemble of a pastel pink T-shirt and shorts. Bliss: The family have been staying in a farmhouse villa in Borgo Egnazia - a favourite spot for the rich and famous
