Porsche driver Richard Pusey's home is vandalised with graffiti telling him to 'DIE' after he allegedly filmed cops who pulled him over for speeding and were hit by a truck begging for help as they lay dying

Porsche driver Richard Pusey's home has been vandalised with graffiti after he allegedly left four police officers to die in a horrific crash.  

Pusey's Melbourne apartment was spray painted overnight and threats were written across a roller door on the converted warehouse.    

A message telling the 41-year-old to 'DIE' was painted on a roller door at his home in Fitzroy in the inner city, Weekend Today reported.

The mortgage broker was pulled over on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway on Wednesday night after allegedly speeding his Porsche at 149km/h.  

A truck collided with the vehicles in the emergency lane at 100 km/h and killed four police officers.    

Pusey is accused of taunting and filming a dying officer as well as fleeing the accident.    

He appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday where he was charged with nine offences relating to the tragic accident and did not apply for bail.

The driver tested positive to cannabis and ice and his charges included speeding, reckless conduct and drug possession.

Pusey allegedly told a groaning Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor: 'There you go. Amazing, absolutely amazing.'

'All I wanted was to go home and have my sushi and now you've 'f***ed my f***ing car,' the mortgage broker is also accused of saying as he filmed the graphic scene before fleeing.

His lawyer said in court Pusey had mental health issues.

Police are yet to interview the truck driver Mohinder Singh who remains under police guard at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

The father-of-two has been suffering from a medical incident after his truck allegedly came off the freeway.  

The partner of slain Constable Glen Humphris, who had been in the force less than a year, mourned his soul mate in a press conference on Friday saying he loved his job because he enjoyed helping people.
